UpCircle Beauty Review

Hello loves!!

I hope you are all in the best of health whilst reading this! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve wrote a blogpost as I am mainly active over on my Instagram but today I am back with a review on a skincare brand I’ve been trying out lately!

The brand in question is UpCircle Beauty who kindly sent me some of their products to try out and share my thoughts on! All thoughts are my own and I have tried out these products for a few weeks before forming my opinion.

One of the products they sent me was their coffee body scrub, I chose the peppermint scent one as that’s definitely one of my favourite scents. It is made up of peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils so the scent is strong and lingering and so refreshing. This scrub is SO good, I have been using it religiously since I got it and first of all, it smells AMAZING and secondly, it makes my skin feel sooo smooth, I use it just before I shave and honestly my skin has never felt softer and shaving my legs has never been easier. It has shea butter and coconut oil so all the good stuff that help hydrate the skin once you’ve gotten rid of the dead skin cells by scrubbing. It’s definitely become a staple bodycare item in my routine now. It’s not harsh at all, or messy as you think it would be. You can buy this scrub <a “https://upcirclebeauty.com/collections/exfoliants/products/coffee-body-scrub-with-peppermint-200ml” >here.

This is probably the product I’ve used the least purely because my face is super sensitive and I can only use face scrubs once a week at most. The few times I’ve used this though, my skin has been left feeling really refreshed. I am OBSESSED with the scent of this product as I am a massive fan of anything citrus. My all time favourite scrub, my ride or die scrub is by L’Oréal and although this scrub won’t be replacing that one, it’s definitely one I can see myself reaching for when I want to give my skin a bit of a brightening boost. Once again, it’s not too harsh, washes off easily and doesn’t make a mess! I just love that each ingredient inside this scrub serves a purpose and there’s no harsh chemicals or anything that would irritate the skin. The orange oil is anti-inflammatory and the lemon oil tones the skin and has strong antiseptic properties which is why it would be perfect for someone with blemish prone or acne prone skin! This face mask is so odd yet so good? The reason I call it odd is that it doesn’t dry, the first time I put it on, I was just waiting for it to dry – I think I’m just too used to clay masks at this point and then I realised I just wash it off and see the magic it’s worked haha! It’s thick and creamy and a little goes a long way which is something I love about this face mask, like literally the smallest dollop will cover your whole face. It is aimed to detoxify the face and I can wholeheartedly say it’s not like any other ‘detoxifying’ mask I’ve used before, others tend to make my face feel so dry and strained after using them and I have over compensate with oils to get my face feeling good again but not with this mask, it contains baobab oil, aloe vera and turmeric oil – all ingredients that are great for dry skin and blemishes. I have been using this mask once a week and it leaves my skin feeling soft and bright, and once again, I love the smell! You can buy the mask here.

Just to tell you a little bit about this brand, the first thing I would like to say is that every single one of their products smells AMAZING. Those typical products that you want to eat because they smell that good. Another thing that I really want to highlight about their brand ethos is that everything is 100% natural, every single ingredient that goes into their products is there for a reason and serves a purpose for that product. There’s no added extras and they use recycled natural products which is such a great incentive. For example, both the scrubs they sent me are made from repurposed coffee grounds and the face mask is made from grounded olive stones that had been discarded – how great and sustainable is that? Also I posted this brand on my instagram and had SO many compliments on the packaging and I have to say I agree! The packaging is so luxurious and minimal and definitely a bonus! And just in case I hadn’t quite captured the essence of their brand, here is an overview of all the amazing points of their brand!

I would definitely recommend this brand if you’re looking to try out some new skincare that is natural and good for your skin and the environment! I am sold by the scrub, that is something I am 100% going to be repurchasing again, like I said, it’s changed the shaving game for me! Honestly if the brand wasn’t amazing enough already, the packaging and the smell of each products just adds even more. They have a range of other products on their website too which you can check out here!
