TOP TWO TUESDAY! #3

I’m finally back with another blogpost and today I’m going to be talking to you about two of my current favourite products, they can range from a beauty item to a homeware item, just any two products that I’ve been loving and using regularly.  As always, these posts are short and to the point but I prefer doing these blogposts rather than monthly favourites!

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion

I’ve had this product for almost two months and it is a serious game changer. I had heard mixed reviews on this product but I can safely say that after using it, I can only talk about it in a positive light. This product has really helped keep my breakouts at bay. I usually apply to any prominent spots on my face and then leave it on overnight and more often than not, the spot appears visibly reduced and less red the next morning. This product is a bit pricey and considering I’ve worn it only around 2/3 times a week since I’ve bought it, I have about 1/3 of the bottle left which isn’t much. I would highly recommend this product if you have spot prone skin like me because it will really help.

Makeup Revolution Eyeliner Flick Thick & Thin

Now this product has been mentioned in this blogpost because I do love it and I have been wearing it almost everyday since I bought it over a month ago HOWEVER, I actually kind of hate this product too. The reason I love and hate this product is because it’s double ended and I’m in love with one end but I absolutely hate the other end. The end in question is the thin end, this end has been making my eyeliner on point since I’ve started using it; it applies smoothly, it doesn’t smudge, it’s dark, easy to apply, it’s really really good considering the price, which was only £3.50. However, the thick end is horrible, it doesn’t apply properly on my eye and each time I try to do my wing, the product always smudges and it’s quite hard to apply compared to the thin side. I probably wouldn’t repurchase this eyeliner purely because the thick side is horrid and I don’t even use it at all but at the same time, I think the thin end is really good so I’m at conflict with myself over this product.
